- 계정 정보 (이메일, 프로필)
- Instagram · Threads · X 등 SNS 연동 정보 및 OAuth 토큰
- 작성한 모든 카드뉴스 콘텐츠
- 예약된 포스트
- 포스팅 이력 및 인사이트
처리 절차
- 아래 "로그인 후 삭제하기" 버튼을 클릭합니다.
- 로그인 후 설정 페이지에서 ‘계정 삭제’를 선택합니다.
- 화면 안내에 따라 ‘DELETE’를 입력하고 확인합니다.
- 요청 시점으로부터 72시간의 유예 기간이 시작됩니다.
- 유예 기간 내에는 다시 로그인하여 삭제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
- 유예 기간이 끝나면 모든 데이터가 자동으로 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 법정 의무 보관분(전자상거래법상 거래 기록 등)은 별도 보관 후 폐기됩니다.

SNS 연동도 함께 끊으려면
gamdo 계정 삭제는 우리 측 토큰을 삭제합니다. 각 SNS 서버 측에서도 완전히 무효화하시려면 해당 앱의 설정 → 연결된 앱 / Apps and websites에서 gamdo를 직접 제거해 주세요.
Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your gamdo account and associated data.
What will be deleted
- Account information (email, profile)
- SNS integration data and OAuth tokens (Instagram, Threads, X, etc.)
- All card-news content you created
- Scheduled posts
- Publishing history and insights
How to delete
- Click the “Sign in to delete my account” button below.
- After signing in, go to Settings and select “Delete Account”.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and type ‘DELETE’ to confirm.
- A 72-hour grace period begins from the moment of your request.
- During the grace period, you can cancel deletion by signing in again.
- After the grace period expires, all data is permanently deleted.
- Records required by law (e.g. e-commerce transaction logs) are kept separately and disposed of according to the retention period set by the applicable statute.

Revoke on the platform side too
Deleting your gamdo account removes OAuth tokens stored on our servers. To fully revoke tokens on each platform, also remove gamdo from Settings → Apps and websites on Instagram, Threads, X, and any other connected platform.
